چکیده

This paper presents a tool, the PiVizTool, for the interactive simulation of choreographies. Different participant instances can be added, deleted, and dynamically bound during the simulation. The PiVizTool uses the π-calculus as the formal foundation for representing dynamic binding. It provides an interactive graphical representation of complex choreographies that can be simulated according to different use cases.

Agent-Based Service Composition in Cloud Computing

In a Cloud-computing environment, consumers, brokers, and service providers interact to achieve their individual purposes. In this regard, service providers offer a pool of resources wrapped as web services, which should be composed by broker agents to provide a single virtualized service to Cloud consumers. In this study, an agent-based test bed for simulating Cloudcomputing environments is de...

Service Referrals in BPEL-based Choreographies

Choreographies describe the interactions between two or more services from a global perspective and specify allowed service conversations. Choreographies typically do not rely on static binding, i.e. the participating services are not selected at design-time of the choreography. Some services might only be selected at runtime and this selection has to be propagated in the case of multi-lateral ...

Optimization of Dynamic Binding Capacity of Anion Exchange Chromatography Media for Recombinant Erythropoietin Purification

Background:The dynamic binding capacity (DBC) of a chromatography matrix in protein purification is the amount of the total protein absorbed into the matrix, before occurrence of a significant break in the breakthrough curve. Optimization of the process criteria for maximum DBC avoids extra process scale-up and reduces ...

Investigating Dynamic Properties of Residues of Warfarin-Azapropazone Binding Site in Human Serum Albumin

Introduction: Human Serum Albumin (HSA) is one of the most important proteins in blood that can bind a wide range of components and different drugs such as Warfarin and is also circulated in the body by HSA. Therefore, studying HSA is very significant in pharmacology. In this research, dynamic behavior of residues of Warfain binding site of HSA has been investigated. Methods: Firstly, PDB form...
